Sandblasting material
Sandblasting material is media which we use for blasting.
You can use different types of it, they make different end result on surface based on which type of media we used.
We can roughly say thaat we devide all sandblasting material in 2 categories, abrasive blasting media and tumbling media.
Abrasive blasting uses material which strips paint and everything else from surface.It also gives perfectly prepared surface for painting it afterwards. Most commonly used abrasive blasting material is aluminum oxide, also knows as aluminium oxide.
Tumbling materials are not used to strip paint of surface but more to clean and polishit. Materials such as ceramic preformed shapes, walnut shells and hardwood are used most often.
